His journey with Tactical Fitness began when he embarked on a quest for tactical training, stumbling upon our organization. Fuelled by a keen interest, Tido wasted no time immersing himself in the world of firearms, undergoing intensive training within his first week of ownership. Since then, he has become an invaluable asset, seamlessly integrating his firsthand experience and deep understanding of our products into his interactions with customers. With a natural talent for fostering meaningful connections and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction, Tido consistently goes above and beyond to address inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed expectations. His unwavering commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of knowledge make him an indispensable member of our team.
A Master Peace Officer and TCOLE Advanced Instructor with over twenty-five years of experience. Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in “Training and Development,” along with graduate course work in “Human Resource Development.”
Along with his training, education, and experience, Shawn Meissner has a background in conducting undercover investigations into organized crime, money laundering, human trafficking, narcotics and weapons trafficking, gang activity, and other felony offenses.
Currently, Shawn Meissner serves as a full-time law enforcement instructor with the Texas Municipal Police Association, as well as a part-time deputy with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office’s Law Enforcement Training Center.
