“We’re gonna learn how to deal with a double feed type malfunction. Essentially, I have two rounds trying to feed into the chamber. What causes that failure next round? First and foremost, it’s you most of the time. Essentially we have a failure to extract. The main thing that will cause it also bad ammunition. Dirty extractor, worn out, ejector, possibly worn out magazines. However, most of the time when I see it is people writing their charging handle.”
