Urban Combat: Rifle to Pistol Transitions is an intensive 4-hour workshop specifically tailored for intermediate and advanced practitioners seeking comprehensive training in urban combat scenarios. Designed to equip students with the necessary skills and strategies for engagements utilizing your main firearm and sidearm.
Students will develop advanced combat pistol and carbine techniques. By the end of this course, participants will have gained the expertise required to confidently navigate and engage in dynamic urban settings and transition efficiently and safely.
Rifle and pistol fundamentals review
Shooting on the move with a rifle
Considerations for transitioning from rifle to pistol
Technique for efficient and safe transitions
Dynamic tactical application drills for transitions
Semi-auto center fire pistol
4 magazines (8 + magazines if single stack firearm, Glock 43, M&P shield, ETC)
Outside the waistband or Concealed holster – MUST ATTACH DIRECTLY TO YOUR BELT – no sticky, pocket holsters, leather, or serpa type holsters
Closed toed shoes/boots, pants, belt, and t shirt (we recommend wearing clothing you do not mind getting dirty and/or possibly torn)
MINIMUM of 100 rounds of new ammunition – pre purchase here and have it delivered to you at the class
AR15 with red dot or magnified optic with illuminated reticle (iron sights are also welcome). Pistol Caliber Carbines, AKs, Tavors, Scars are also welcome. Suppressors are always welcome!
MINIMUM of 100 rounds of new ammunition – make sure to have the correct caliber for your gun! NO RELOAD OR GREEN TIP AMMO.
2 standard capacity magazines minimum (come with one empty magazine)
