TL;DR

Tactical Fitness Austin offers three bachelor party package tiers — $299/person, $899/person, $2,999/person. Each is the right answer for a specific kind of group + budget + groom. This guide is the side-by-side comparison so you can pick the right one in 10 minutes instead of going back and forth on group emails for 3 weeks.

Bullets & Bros — $299/person early-bird

What you get

  • 2 hours of structured tactical rifle experience
  • A rifle per participant — your pick of AR-15, SCAR, Tavor, or Galil
  • Professional firearms instructors
  • All ammunition included
  • Private OUTDOOR facility — no indoor lanes

What you don’t get

  • No machine guns
  • No helicopter
  • No catered lunch (you handle food separately)
  • No professional photography

Who this is for

  • Tight-budget bachelor parties where every person is paying their own way and $300 is the ceiling
  • First-time-shooter-heavy groups where most guests have never handled a firearm and you want a low-intensity introduction
  • Smaller groups (5-10) where you don’t need the scale of the bigger packages
  • Bachelors who want a shooting experience as one component of a multi-event weekend (Friday range, Saturday lake day, Sunday brunch)

Common pairing

Combine with: AirBnB stay, Friday night dinner at a name BBQ spot, Saturday lake day, Sunday brunch. The Bullets & Bros experience runs in a 2-hour window in the morning or afternoon and leaves the rest of the day for other activities.

Bachelor group with helicopter — Ultimate Texan tier

Rapid Fire — $899/person early-bird

What you get

  • 1-2 hours of heavy firearms — 70+ machine gun collection to choose from
  • 2 hours of tactical rifle shooting
  • Professional firearms instructors
  • All ammunition included
  • Private OUTDOOR facility

What you don’t get

  • No helicopter shooting
  • No catered lunch (you handle food separately)
  • No professional photo / video
  • No transportation included

Who this is for

  • Most bachelor parties where the budget is real but not unlimited
  • Groups of any size — pricing scales linearly per person
  • Groom who likes firepower but doesn’t need helicopter-level premium
  • Bachelor parties that want the experience as the centerpiece of the weekend (not just one component)

This is our most-booked tier. About 60% of bachelor parties land here.

Common pairing

This is typically the SATURDAY ANCHOR of a 2-3 day Austin bachelor weekend. Friday is arrivals + dinner. Saturday is Rapid Fire 10am-2pm + free afternoon + Saturday dinner. Sunday is brunch + flights home.

Ultimate Texan — $2,999/person early-bird

What you get

  • Shooting from a HELICOPTER
  • 2 hours of heavy firearms WITH exclusive heavy arms
  • 2 hours of tactical rifle shooting
  • Luxury transportation (handled end-to-end)
  • Delicious food included
  • Awesome TF merch to take home
  • Video & photography
  • All ammunition included
  • All safety equipment
  • Fully inclusive — we provide everything needed

What you don’t get

  • Nothing — this is the all-in tier

Who this is for

  • Premium bachelor parties — executive groomsmen, finance/tech/medical industries
  • Groups where $3K/person is reasonable AND the groom is into firearms or has military background
  • East Coast / West Coast groomsmen who are flying to Austin specifically for this — direct flights to AUS make logistics easy
  • Wedding parties wanting the bachelor party that becomes the wedding-story at the reception

About 15% of bachelor parties book this tier.

Common pairing

This is the WEEKEND, not just an anchor. Friday: arrivals + private dinner. Saturday: full-day Ultimate Texan 9am-4pm + premium Saturday dinner. Sunday: brunch + flights. Some groups stay through Monday for full decompression.

How to decide between tiers (3 questions)

1. What’s the per-person budget the group will actually pay?

The most common mistake is the best man assuming $X budget and the groomsmen actually being able to pay $X × 1.5. Survey the group BEFORE you settle on a tier. The 3 packages give you flexibility — pick the tier that 90% of the group can pay comfortably.

2. What’s the groom into?

  • Casual range visitor or first-time shooter → Bullets & Bros
  • Serious about firearms, enjoys the platforms → Rapid Fire
  • Military background, hunter, or wants the absolute premium → Ultimate Texan

3. What’s the weekend structure?

  • The shooting is ONE thing of MANY → Bullets & Bros (2-hour window leaves the day open)
  • The shooting is the CENTERPIECE → Rapid Fire (4-hour anchor block, defines the day)
  • The shooting IS the weekend → Ultimate Texan (full day, full memorable-moment delivery)

Booking timeline

Regardless of tier:

  • 8-16 weeks ahead: Saturday slots fill at this lead time
  • 50% non-refundable deposit: secures the date
  • 4 weeks out: confirm headcount + dietary preferences
  • 14 days out: final logistics, agenda sent to all attendees
  • Day-of: show up, we run it

Common questions

Can I mix groups across tiers? (e.g., some on Ultimate, some on Rapid Fire?)

No — the package tier is for the whole group. Mixed-tier scheduling doesn’t work logistically.

Can the package be customized?

Yes, within the tier framework. You can add: – Extra helicopter rotations (Ultimate Texan) – Custom catering upgrades – Branded merchandise – Live-streaming for remote groomsmen – Specific weapon platform requests

Reach out and we’ll quote.

What’s the refund / reschedule policy?

50% deposit is non-refundable to lock the date. Final balance is due 14 days before the event and is also non-refundable once paid. We reschedule for weather only (genuinely unsafe conditions — tornado, flooding) at no charge. Hung-over groomsmen aren’t a refund condition.

Do you do bachelorette parties or co-ed?

Yes for both. Same packages, slight format adjustments. Reach out.

Out-of-town groomsmen — flights / hotels?

Austin (AUS) has direct flights from every major US city. Most groomsmen fly in Friday afternoon and out Sunday afternoon. We don’t book flights or hotels — that’s the best man’s job. The Austin Bachelor Party Planning Pack has the full logistics framework: download here.
