Effective May 2026 — Tactical Fitness Austin, LLC
All bookings require payment at the time of reservation. Events booked 21 or more days in advance require a 50% non-refundable deposit; events booked within 20 days of the event date require full payment. The remaining balance for deposit bookings is due no later than 7 days before the event. A 3.5% processing fee and 8.25% Texas sales tax are applied to all transactions.
All payments are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the full payment amount. There are no partial refunds.
One reschedule is permitted within 12 months of the original booking date, subject to the following conditions:
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. No refund or reschedule will be provided for no-shows.
A minimum of 5 participants is required for all bachelor party packages. Groups smaller than 5 will be charged the 5-person minimum rate. There is no maximum group size. The final headcount must be confirmed at least 10 days before the event. Any increase in group size after initial booking will be invoiced separately.
Tactical Fitness Austin operates at a private outdoor facility. In the event of severe weather — defined as lightning, tornado warnings, flooding, or hazardous road conditions as determined solely by Tactical Fitness Austin — the client will be offered a full reschedule or full refund at the client’s choice. Rain alone does not qualify as severe weather; canopies are provided for rain coverage.
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the event. A waiver link will be provided in the booking confirmation email. Participants who have not signed a waiver will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued for participants who refuse to sign the waiver.
No alcohol or controlled substances are permitted before or during the event. Participants who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the event without refund. Tactical Fitness Austin reserves the right to refuse service to any participant at its sole discretion.
All participants must follow the instructions of Tactical Fitness Austin instructors at all times. Unsafe behavior, as determined by the instructor, may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Tactical Fitness Austin reserves the right to cancel or modify any event for safety reasons.
Tactical Fitness Austin may photograph or video events for marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of images and video taken during your event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
