By booking, you agree to our terms:

• All payments are non-refundable
• One reschedule permitted within 12 months with minimum 48 hours’ notice
• No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit full payment
• Arriving 30+ minutes late is considered a no-show
• Severe weather: full reschedule or refund (rain does not qualify)
• All participants must sign a liability waiver
• Minimum 5 participants — smaller groups pay the 5-person rate
• No alcohol before or during the event
