# You’re Booked

Your payment went through and your date is locked in. A confirmation email is on its way with your booking reference and your waiver link.

## What happens next

1. **Sign your waiver.** Check your email for the link. Every shooter in your group has to sign before the event. Send the link to your guys now so it is not a scramble on the day.
2. **Confirm your headcount.** We will reach out about 10 days before your date to lock in final numbers.
3. **Get your arrival details.** Full directions, gate access and arrival instructions go out before your date. We run at a private range in Florence, about 45 minutes north of Austin.
