The Home Defense Pistol Force on force course is designed to teach practitioners the skills and tactics to defend their home. Courses and scenarios are designed around use of Rifles, Pistols or a combination of the two and you’ll the following amongst more course specific skills:

Defending one’s home can be a difficult topic to understand. Once you start thinking about it, you’ll run into some questions, such as:

  • What does home security actually involve?
  • What should I be doing to protect myself and my family?
  • How should I be training for this?

The easiest way to take the broad topic of home security and distill it down into an actionable framework is to divide the topic into what’s know as rings of security:

Ring One

The environment where you live

The physical/technology based fortifications contained within your home

Most importantly your training and action plan

The Rifle & Pistol low light scenario courses are designed to make training “as real as it gets.” These courses will utilize UTM (ultimate training munitions) man marking rounds to simulate close quarter battle situations (CQB) as it pertains to home defense as well as active shooter in low light and no light situations. Students will utilize Glocks, IWI X95 Tavors and AR15s with UTM conversions to practice various home defense scenarios inside an old retail space.
